Gallus is a global leader in the development, production, and sale of conventional and digital narrow-web web-fed printing presses for label and packaging applications. Carlos Lahoz (Barcelona, Spain) has been working in HP for over 20 years in very different positions. With a technical background in engineering, he started in R&D where quickly became the regulations and environmental manager for Large Format and 3D Printing Business globally. His technical background helped him move to the next role, as global sustainability marketing for all the Industrial and 3D businesses of HP. After a period in a couple of incubation initiatives (Textiles, Creator Economy etc), he’s now responsible for the industrial print sustainability strategy, with the ambition of driving industrial printing into reduced emissions and a net positive impact.

He was globally responsible for the packaging and digital transformation of the Confectionery Business for Nestlé. Stefan is a creative thinker, innovator and problem solver, who leads teams to deliver new branding design, product and packaging solutions that delight consumers and drive growth. He is a champion of sustainability, inclusivity, and digital technology innovation, accelerating through collaborative, strategic partnerships across the entire value chain. A digital evangelist, who inspires teams to bring together design, marketing, and insights through the eyes of the consumer. Stefan is a visionary, passionate speaker, who contributes to many leading industry events and initiatives with an in-depth insight of retail, FMCG, premium and technology industries.

Dario Urbinati
Dario first joined Gallus in 2003, where he spent nine years with the company – latterly as its Managing Director for Southeast Asia – driving growth and transforming the business and its culture. He then joined another leading press manufacturer in China as Narrow/Mid-Web Managing Director, before becoming Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for ACTEGA Metal Print, where he was instrumental in launching and commercializing its breakthrough sustainable metallization technology. Dario returned to Gallus Group as Chief Sales & Service Officer in 2021 to drive Gallus’ mission to turn the narrow web market towards a more sustainable and profitable future. Since being back with the Gallus team in St Gallen, he has pioneered the launch of the company’s first ever pure digital inkjet label press; made huge strides towards carbon neutrality; and spearheaded the opening of the company’s landmark new facility and industry touchpoint, the Gallus Experience Center – designed to drive innovation, collaboration and market transformation.
